They are amazing! On a Friday afternoon, our water heater broked. Called All Climate, they send a technician on Saturday morning (week-end day!) and replaced it. Charges?: regular charge as if it was a work day! Amazing! We continue to use their services – as they also installed and schedule maintenance of our furnace on a regular basis.
